ACILEP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By opting into our SMS service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:
1. Data Collection
ACILEP collects your mobile phone number when you call the rapid response hotline, provide it during our intake process, or share it through verbal consent. This number is used solely for SMS communication related to ACILEP services. ACILEP is a collaborative of nonprofit, community-based organizations. Information shared through the hotline may be disclosed to partner organizations directly involved in providing support and services to ensure coordinated assistance.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your phone number will only be used to send follow-up information, and responses to inquiries. Messages are strictly operational and do not contain marketing content.
3. Data Security & Retention
We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your information is retained only while you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
4. Message & Data Rates
Your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates for sending or receiving text messages. If you do not have an unlimited texting plan, additional fees may apply.
5. Message Frequency
Messages are sent as needed, based on your interactions with ACILEP and its partner organizations.
6. Opt-Out & Support

7. Non-Sharing Policy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing support and services through the ACILEP program.
